A UK EV charger authority that combines two revenue layers: a compatibility tool ("which charger fits my car / my home") as the own-product UX moat, plus installer leads sold to OZEV-approved installers (£20-80 CPL) routed by postcode. Affiliate adjacency on charger SKUs caps every visit.
Scored 19/25 on the niche-attack scorecard (banked 26 May 2026). FULLY UNREGULATED no FCA/ASA wall beyond standard advertising rules. GRANT-DRIVEN DEMAND Workplace Charging Scheme + flat/rental grant still live; homeowners-with-driveways grant ended Mar 2022. UK EV registrations 2024-25 still climbing; AC home + workplace charger market ~£900m/yr.

Brand differentiation (vs incumbents)
Existing UK players (ZapMap, EVA England, BookMyCharge, electriq! Charging) are map/public-charge focused, not home/workplace install. The home/workplace install gap with a compatibility-first UX is the wedge. Citation play: be the cited source on "which EV charger for [car model]" queries — AIO is firing on these and the SERPs are vendor-led + thin.
